The Letters to the FED will in the end tell the whole story as to why the FED must facilitate doing First Things First for age 0-6 children.  They are numbered and listed on the left.  These subscriber newsletters are more to the point of why a citizen would pay to deliver the letters repeatedly to the FED.   The target for action is the FED.  The reason the FED will take action is the 250 million citizens who see and understand the facts and know if we do this together we will move equality and gap reduction forward for the USA by a magnitude of at least 50 years.

This thinking needs the CEO leadership.  Join the email march, requiring the FED to influence the public sector leadership.  The last 50 years of success in doing first things first high-quality in the private sector is the needed work around the public sector in key spots.  Define exactly High-Quality so moms at risk can understand it in terms of the future.  Highest quality best expectations of real individual outcomes need to become the talk and action of Early Childhood Learning for ages 0-6. Hard choices and disciplines should be required to free the funding from the private sector FED.  K-8 education based on the High-Quality Best outcomes from ECL will change from within and without to handle the increased capability.  This real increase in capacity will change everything. 

Update and Getting To The Void

It is a huge bite to think the FED is giving the effects of monetary policy in time of crisis so unfairly within the private sector, but it simply is so.  Google this example-- Interest on Excess Reserves as you question this.  20-40 billion dollars annually is paid to the 25 primary banks since 2008. Payments will really grow now due to the pandemic. So we are talking about a lot of money and 40 billion dollars is just the tip of the unfairness.

Encouraged, Not so Much

USA VALUES, LLC was encouraged to see a private sector CEO leader write regarding High-Quality Preschools and Child Care to publish a warning that the system is failing both in the short-term and long-term.  There is no pandemic solution.  Disappointed that the writing coverage did not go far enough to state that only the private sector will deliver best outcomes over the long term that are key to equality.
